Kohl's
Store closes register exactly at closing

I was shopping at the Rancho Santa Margaria, California store and went to the register right at closing and they said that the registers close automatically at closing. I did not really believe him because what store would refuse your money. I have never heard of a store doing this and thought that it was very poor customer service. I felt very discounted and underappreciated. I was told that I could hold the items.
