Can not get a live person to talk to or any response

On august I purchased a landscape deal and did not realize if was for design on. I have tried to contact them by phone and E-mail about a refund which it state I have 7 days to do... I have had no response... I suppose they are waiting for the 7 days to expire. This company have the worst customer service and I should have read the reviews before dealing with them and will probley have to kiss my 250.00 goodbye. This company should be illegal as they are a bunch of misleading crooks and I would like a suggesting on what could be my next step in trying to get my money back
