Invisible customer service

I tried calling the phone number on the site for customer service but there seems to be nobody living at living social. Their phone offers 4 choices which were not relevant to my call. There is no way to contact a live person. I tried each choice and was never offer to speak to person. If I were a business, I would be learry about using this site. I have never had a problem dealing with Groupon.
