Cvs pharmacy awful experience

I was in CVS today to pick up a prescription. As I stood there waiting to be helped no one looked my direction. It was as if they were all hoping someone else would help me so they would not have to do so. When I was finally helped the woman who helped me seemed annoyed that she even had to assist me. I came back later to get my prescription and noticed that the employees in the pharmacy were talking very negatively about a customer in the drive through where all of us standing in line could hear. One even made a comment to a customer standing in line. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment at this store. I have also had many other people tell me the same kind of situations. I realize that people may not like where they work but it is unacceptable to treat the customers poorly just because they feel that way. I will not be returning to this CVS after this experience. I really do hope that this makes a change as I know a lot of these comments go out the window. This was extremely unprofessional.
