Arbys poor customer service - French Fries

Lunch... August 11... 1:00pm-1:30 pm... Imagine so happy to find an arbys... Meats hot bun is moist cut thin like the original arbys like they used to be... Do to your coupon i tried the combo with fries... After 2 years of not ordering fries... Just great... I orderd sliced thin arbey and well done fries all summmer... A couple times not as good... So i ask for a redo... Always ok to do so... Until... Yesterday... Made the redo request... Same manager as always... He said to pull forward and he would refund my money... So i did... I told him i prefer to just have a redo. Manager quot "i can't do that' ' while counting my money he said they were spending to much time on my order and its never good enough... And handed me my money... I said it's always really good... But its not that way today... I just said ok and smiled... And pulled away... Now i'm afraid to go back and order an arby the way i have always ordered it...
You tell me... What changed... I go to arbys at least 3 times a week and he doesn' t want my money? If the food is't as good as usual as in any resturant i have ever returned the order. I have never been refused better service. And why yesterday out of the blue... I have never been denied a redo... Ever... Now i'm afraid of rejection... Is it wrong to ask for an arby sliced thin and hot and fries well done not at mcdonalds and don't like hambugers i prefer arbys... Now where do i go... They spoiled me and i want my order the same as it has been all summer... Should i just go back and order as usual? Also what kind of a manager justifies his actions in front of other employees...
