I really hate complaing but enough is enough. I wouldnt be complaing if i had just quit going to arbys. But i really want people to be happy when they leave the drive through window of a place they are exptecting good food from, and it should all be there and the teller should have hand, eye, speech coordination. Everytime i go to an arbys here in albuquerque, when they read your order back to you its right, yet when you get it home nothings right not the food not the amount. Hmm... Youd think that I would look in the bag to see if its right. Yeaa... Right, silly me, but i trust that the people who work there have jobs there because they can count and read. So i assume my order would be right yea... No... Ive given them chance after chance to get it right... Its not even the same shifts you know, so its not like theres just one person, its all of them. Tonight I went back to arbys silly me, i ordered 8 roastbeefs w / cheese, 4 curly fries and 3 Dr peppers. The lady said the order back to me when she said 4 curly fries she pressed the number 1 so i only paid for and recieved 1 curly fry... Then the 3 dr peppers i ordered were diet cokes, but of couse dumb ass me thinking she knows what shes doing went home without my fries and 3 diet coke, so i went back... Then realized what she had done. Im so tired of that crap so asked her if she could count and if she could read numbers... Why is she at the register. Like i said WOW...
