Terrible customer service

While shopping for grocerys tonight at Braums I saw the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered. My son slipped on their wet floor. No one ask how he was, instead the woman mopping and the assistant manager embarrassed and humiliated him by asking if he couldn't "read the wet floor signs" and told him he left marks on their newly mopped floor. When I ask to speak to the manager I was verbally assaulted by the lady with the mop. This is all after the clerk that rang up my grocerys informed me his father-in-law is an a*H*. What has Braums come to!!!
