Chunks of Wheat Thins all piled together - Kraft Wheat Thins

I recently purchased a Family Size box of Wheat Thins - Reduced Fat. I have been buying them for years. I love the flavor and crunchiness and also the fact that they are lower in calories.

Imagine my surprize when I found two large chunks of the crackers all lumped together in one hard piece. One was about 3" x 1.5" and the other just a little smaller. I'm hoping that you will be able to help me with this issue that I have. I don't normally do complaints but these are supposed to be so yummy.
