Free Gems in Castle Clash Shop No Longer Being Received

I have been using the free gems, in the shop section, however I am now not receiving the gems. I had been previously, so I am definitely doing it correctly. Please could you fix this for me. I did contact in-game support and they said it may be due to high amounts of gems and take some time to be verified.
