PNC Bank
Online represenative service is worst

I have three bank account bank of america, chase and now pnc but only in pnc online representative not helpful, last time i talk with avalina, she didn't solve issue and say bank is close i provide you bank contact no. For solve issue if bank solve these issue then why these guys are for i don't understand after waiting 45 min. To reach representative if you get this answer then that worst thing, i know the bank is good

But i suggest to improve customer care facility.
