Poor Customer Service, Apex, NC, Dick's Sporting Goods - Soccer Gea

The cashier was rude. When I asked him if he was available, he did not reply but brusquely motioned to go to his aisle. He as acting like he was doing it against his will. He never smile or acknowledged me and was rushing to get my merchandise. He never made eye contact with me. I felt like I was a burden to him the whole time and that he was not very happy serving me. I am a small Asian woman and felt like he was looking down on me. When I asked him to check the price first of an "adidas short" with a tag price of $20.00, he just stared at me and told me $20.00. I told him the rack stated it was about $15.00. He then asked another associate to check the price on the rack and I told him he can just scan it first, but he won't listen to me. I would have paid for it either way. It is the most humiliating experience I had in a store. When another customer came up behind me and my kids, he loudly commented, "I am running a check and it will take a while, " motioning the customer to cashier next to him. All the time he was rude, there was a long line on the other cashier and they were all looking at me like there was something wrong. Very humiliating. Rudest cashier ever!!! Worst experience I have ever had and I am new to Dick's. I think needs a lesson on cultural diversity and customer service excellence.
