The website is extremely slow and does not generate an email confirmation. You must wait 24 hours to call another number to confirm and 72 hours to cancel. Doesn't make sense. I ordered something to go to my sister as a gift and if they goof up, I am liable for it anyway. Calling their 800 number puts you on hold for a long time too. I won't deal with them again
