Bought credit protection from said firm over 1 year ago and in June filed for benefits as i lost my job—sent required documents and twice they asked for additional documents which i supplied and now 2 months down the road still no payments on my credit card —after 6 repeated heated call to them asking for names and supervisors there answer is they are looking into the delay—enough is enough as there is something not right about this situation and needs investigated at once.
