I was called by this telephone number 315-409-7164 and he told me his name was Sam brown and he was with the us government funding department and i was going to recieve a free grant from the government for $7,300.00 it was a non-taxable and non-refundable grant and i woould never have to pay it back and the only way to recieve this grant was to send $380.00 to them by western union and so i borowed the money from my mom so that i could get the grant money so that we could get that money and help us get food and catch up on bills and provide my son with the things he needed and to help my mom where my dad passed away and told them that i was doing that and they said it would be fine to tell my mother no worries we could have the money back to her within 3 to 4 hours and would send it to my checking account. So i provided them with the checking account number and the name of the bank and if i had not recieved that money to call back. They had me to send it to Suresh Shah in the country of nepal and say that i was sending it to a friend so they wouldn't charge me any knd of fees and so i did. I have called back and questioned them, ask them if they where lying and they still kept their end of the story, so the four hours pass and i still did not recieve any money and called the number 315-409-7164 and it rung a half of a ring or and a recording said this person your trying to reach is unavaiable please leave a message and so i did and told them my name and that i had never recieved my money in my checking account and that i was pissed. Still haven't heard anything from them and i think that they should have to pay me the money they promised and all the bank fees and also get in trouble for using the us government grant department and it was all lies. I also talked to jason white that said he was the manager of that department and also informed me that this was not a scam and they would send the money immedatealey and i looked him up on-line but never found out any information but his name and number and said it was a cell number and was a verizone wireless location was in liverpool, new york. Now i cannot even reach them.
