An indian man named Daniel Christian called me and said I waas going to recieve a U.S. Federal Grant for $7,000. I'm really desperate to get out of the situation my babies, my dad and myself are in... So I believed it and him. First, he said I had to pay nothing and the money should be in my account in 48 hours. It wasnt. So, i called him and told him it wasn't in there. He said it is because I needed to pay a fee of $360. I told him I don't have the money, that my account is in the "negitives".. And i started to cry and told him he's scaming me. He said "No, this is not a scam." He asked "Why are you crying?"I said, "because I'm in a very messed up situation and need to get out now, and I actually thought I was going to get out of it and I have been praying for so long because "money" is the only thing keeping me from getting out of my horrible situatuon.." I said can you just take the $360 out of the $7,000 or can you put the money in my account and I can pay the fee out the $7,000...??"Don't cry, I will see what I can do. Call me in the morning." I did. He said once again, the $ will be in there in 48 hours. I said ok, thanks so much. It wasnt in there. Again. I called him, he said well it didnt go through because I did not have $35 in my account for some tranaction fee. So, my father and I gave him my dad's account info. Because he had a little bit of money in his account. So, Daniel said wait another 48 hours for it to get in te account. Not in there... It should have been there today. I did not get my laptop back until today and now I know (obviously) it's a scam. No money is gone from my father's account, luckily. But, I feeel stupid, vulnerable and now still stuck in the very messed up situation my babies, my dad and myself are in... I really wish I could sue him... Because honestly... IM PISSED that I cant get myself and babies out of my screwed up situation. I have no one to turn to for money. I hope someone that has some money to pay for an attorny will sue him for giving me and other FALSE hope. I was the wrong person to do this too... I just wanted out and now... Unfortunatlly I'm still stuck! I can't stop crying... There are a couple of number he's called me from - (Personal Info Removed); and this one he said to only call him on this # (Personal Info Removed). And conviently, today, all these numbers are "busy" when I call them. I'm so upset I dont have words...
