I ordered a miniture model of a motor cycle which i paid for with my bank details end of story low and behold i recieved another motor cycle which i never ordered and the money £17 98 had already been taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent, i phoned 3 times to get my money back only to be promised and no money back low and behold i got another motor cycle and another £17 98 stolen from my bank id sent both parcels back i have 2 post office reciepts which told this company dated 16 9 11 and 22 9 11 ive sent numerouse emails to them but never been aknowledged im a 71 year old pensioner i cant afford to pay for things i didnt order its a terrible world when these companies rob old people its an absolute disgrace ive tried and tried to get my money back but they just close their ears please can you help mr JOHN KING 80 ABERCORN RD SUNDERLAND SR3 3LE i have bank statements to prove when they robbed me thank you
