Failure To Pay... This Co. Owes Me $172.48 for telephone books the were deliverd in the Columbia, Sc area

I worked for megson deliv.Co. From june 7th - 14th 2012. To this day, I still have not received a paycheck for the 1,232 phone books that I deliverd in the Columbia, SC area. This CO. Owes me $172.48 and has never paid me... I have left messages on their ansewer mechine, but to no avail. On the last day of work, I was suppose to meet with them at the storage Co. To pick up more books. They knew what time I was due to arrive, but they were long out of town by then. Please Note: the $172.48 that they owe me does not include the money out of my own pocket that was spent on gasoline... These Rip Off Artist Should Be Stopped by Law Enforcement (ASAP) I will also be in contact with the better business as well as consumer affairs...
