I have suddenly picked this up on my account and have no idea how they got my card information and can blatently just take money from my account. It is absolutely wrong and out of order. I have never given permission for this money to be taken and certainly wouldn't have passed my card details on. I want my money back as soon as possible please. It's disgraceful behaviour. They should be ashamed of themselves it is theft and fraud.
