For two months now they have been taking off money from my card details. I have only ever given them permission to take the initial payment of £4 something, then realised that after this the information supplied on the next page was that they wanted me to pay a much larger amount to get started. I did not have that kind of money and so declined the offer.
Although I told them that I did not wish to proceed they have still taken off money from my account without my permission. This amounts to theft as I told them from day one that I did not wish to proceed. I am waiting for a refund and for them to acknowledge they have destroyed my details and will no longer take money from me without permission.
