Carts for the disabled

This evening, I went to my local Walmart. As usual I had to wait nearly an hour to get a cart to drive around the store. I am diabetic, have neuropathy in my feet, have had 3 small strokes and take blood thinners to keep my metal heart valve working. It is difficult and quite painful for me to walk long distances. There were two working carts in the store tonight. I complained for about an hour to every employee I could find. Suddenly Another manager showed up with a different, charged up cart. Now, why couldn't have done that an hour earlier is beyond me. I will be sending a print out of this letter to the people at the office for access to the physically disabled. They need to see your company's business practices.
