Running under Stag Trucking from San Antonio, Texas Took invoice from one company and invoiced from anothe

They took a company from Odessa, Texas and started working in San Antonio and my boss is a nice guy. Thes jerks would have our company send invoices to get sign and he would exchange them for his invoices or Stag Trucking. (Contact Forest Oil, and Murphy Oil) He would take several consultants from EOG to Huston and have parties, he would have the company pay for basketball tickets and $400.00 a night motel rooms. Would hire women of the night for their pleasures. Would have parties at his house and invited all the company men and cut side deals. He took our boss for over a $250,000.00 dollars and they lost face but he is still working under Stag. He has bankrupted many small companies with the promise of all this work and takes them for everything they have. The sad thing is that is wife is a nice lady and an Attorney.

Boy he is smart. He married one to keep from going to jail! He had our boss pay a large amount to get a rental truck from a dealership and then takes it back from him within two months and doesnt even repay him. Oil companies wake uppppp. Please dont give this man any work. Oh yea Cheasapeak, Anadarko, Forest Oil, Osborhiers, and several other companies will not give any work to these guys and will pull you MSA if they are working with you. Sooner or later Stag. You will be in the same place as these other companies that trusted them.
