There were wrongdoings by management but no consequences, as an employee I had no voice!

I am a current employee at Aunties Anne's NC117 and have been since January of this year. Throughout the duration of this job I have encountered several different issues that I have found very disturbing. Our current manager, Kerry Johnson, was passed the manager position from a previous manager which she considered a friend. Kerry had only been working at Auntie Annes for a short time when given this position and did not have ANY previous manager experience. She was basically passed the position as a sympathetic gesture by the previous manager because Kerry had been working 3 jobs and still struggling to maintain, as I was told by another employee named Tiara Olgesby. Since Kerry has been manager, many things have went wrong! Normal working shifts have been changed in order for easy schedule-making, hours have constantly been distributed unfairly, customers have been treated rudely, specific rules have failed to be followed, free items have been given out to her friends/relatives. She stopped giving morning shifts out after stating, "I will only give out morning shifts when I have to open at the YMCA." She has came into work and left work several times when she wanted to and stated "I can do what I want to because after a certain amount of hours I don't get paid." She once called out less that a hour before her scheduled shift because she chose to attend Carowinds for her sister's birthday, thus asking another employee to cover her shift. She shows favoritism towards her employees and she gives out hours based on who you are and how she feels about you that week. Myself, along with two other employees, have made several complaints to people over her and have never received a response or call back. So basically, if we had a problem with Kerry, we had no one we could talk to about it or atleast someone who would care enough to handle it. As an employee, I felt as though I had no voice and that I had to just accept the wrong that was being done to me in order to keep my job. I am a student in college working hard towards my goal of getting my first car, paying for my nursing school needs, and paying off my student loans. I have had to debate with Kerry about my hours several time, we even had a very heated argument one Sunday when I was given only 9 hours for the week. It was to the point that I was being given 14 hours while another PT worker was given 35, the only difference being that Kerry actually liked the other employee. I have been written up for things that Kerry herself has done but when confronted by me about she she stated, "Okay but I only did it one time and what do you want me to do, write myself up?" Several employees at other stores in the mall have complained about Kerry's attitude and customer service but nothing has been done about it. Just recently, Kerry told the police that she felt threatened by me and I was approached. When I asked what she felt threatened about, the police officer stated that it was something in reference to twitter. Kerry does not follow me on twitter however, one of the other employees (Tiara Oglesby) does. I was told by the police officer that I could not come back up to the store nor could I walk by the store until a meeting, that I suggested to Eric, with myself, Kerry, and Eric happened. Mind you, Eric never sends a response nor returns phone calls. So basically, I am not allowed to go back to work until Eric decides to return my phone calls regarding the meeting. This is ridiculous! I have never encountered such a dysfunctional job!!! I am pretty sure that whenever the supposed meeting happens, I will probably be fired or asked to quit and I feel that this is not right! I am willing to do whatever it takes, with the proper legal help, to make sure that this company is seen for who they really are and how they treat their employess. I have a voice and I feel like I have every right to use it!!!
