I order an oven they said I would have it in 3-5 days, 2 weeks later and I still do not have my oven. I cannot reach anyone by phone and the Email address they give you is a joke. How can I get a hold of a person or get my money back. They sure had no problem getting my money but now I'm out $ 115.00 and still have no oven.
