Ripoff

We are also in the same boat as all of you guys. We do need to fight these lawsuits against us that are wrongfully filed against us. This should not be able to happen in our days. We should not have to pay for something that we never were even hooked up. We would not agree to pay for our local service and our lease on our box. Thank God we never termiated our local service. I called commerce commerical leasing quite a few times telling them we are not paying until we receive service and they said they would make a note and no problem, later during the day i would get a phone call from norvergence saying that they are in the final stages of hooking our office up. Once norvergence filed Commerce Commercial called and threaten to file a lawsuit against us for not paying.

We have been served papers as of yesterday. There is no way this should hold up in court. We are in texas I called to request a extension because we will fight them... BECAUSE THIS IS WRONG!!! THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES SUED for all they have put us through. I would love to talk to anyone thats in the same boat and has some ideas of what we should do.
