Norvergence rip-off! Horsham

Yes, I am also caught up in this mess! My issue is a little different. I have a phone system that was delivered to my office in April and the service was never turned on. Norvergence sold this contract to Commercial leasing and funny thing, they want me to make the lease payments.

After speaking to an attorney he said he finds it hard to imagine that a leasing company would get involved in this type of "scam" knowing that the equipment wasn't worth anyware near $20,000! The only way this program/cost savings would work is if you get the service Norvergence offered.

It appears there was colusion between the leasing co. And Norvergence! I would like to speak to anyone who is involved with a class action against Commerce Commercial Leasing or is being harrassed by them.
