Someone, whom I do not know nor have any business dealings with has charged a membership fee of 99.49 to my bank account in Regions Bank, Houston, Texas. I am 84 years old, living on Social Security and did not subscribe to these people for anything. I has greatly damaged my account at the bank. They will not answer the phone number which they printed on the check.
