This scam started with a call from india offering a payday advance. They already knew my banking & personal

Information. Then I received an email thanking me for enrolling in membership to their club (I enrolled in nothing). Then they issued a computer generated check without my signature and (tried) to withdraw it from my check account. Though unsuccessfull due to lack of funds. My bank did, however charge a $36 NSF Fee for the attempt to cash the check.

My bank (Regions) did a chargeback for the $99.49 & NSF Fee. Scam originates out of Burbank, CA. Phone #818-380-5710.
