Purchased Media Widget a few month ago. Saw no
no mention of recurring fees. Contacted this am by BOA fraud dept. Concerning this company.
Their listed phone #818-783-4829 is disconnected. They do not use e-mails, but rather use "tickets" to communicate. Have submitted ticket #'s 0C6-17ABFE3D-516E and
0BB-17AC2024-4693 requesting cancellation of
their services. Also submitted another ticket which, foolishly i did not record the #. Bank of America Fraud Dept contacted me about this charge on my card. Bootstrap seems impossible to contact. Any help greatly appreciated.
