I had logged into my husbands online banking and saw a charge from newfundingusa for 19.95. I had not authorized it amd I am pretty sure he did not authorize it as well, so i called the number and cancelled the service. The lady, kendra, told me we would see a refund within 3-7 business days. So if I do not have anything credited by then, i will be calling back and also filing complaints with the necessary people in my state.
