I entered data about a possible small business in the newUSAfunding.com web page. Within days a call was received from a Mark Stroll from a DC Grant office. He suggested that the business would qualify for a grant of $10,000. He suggested that the grant be written by a licensed grant writer and gave the name Steven McDaniel and a phone number 903 200 5012.in the first conversation Steven McDaniel said he worked for Kenyan Financial, and that this company could be verified by going to the BBB web site. He provided a second phone number to reach him 214 504 1472. And indeed the company had an A rating from the BBB. He also implied that the grant could be much larger - up to $50,000.in the second conversation with Steven McDaniel, after a long and seemingly professional conversation about business funding, he said to send the grant writing fee to Rachell Francis at 3131 McKinney Ave, Suite 600 Dallas TX 75204. He also offered a money back guarantee, if the grant was not received, the $480 would be returned. He stated that grant money is distributed by the federal government to states. He refused to name a federal or state agency other than the vague DC Grant Office. When further verification / authentication was requested of Steven McDaniel, he became irate and ended the conversation. One additional detail. Steven McDaniel mentioned the web site GrantAbility.com during the second conversation. This site looks very much like newUSAfunding.com.in the end, no money was sent, but clearly this company Kenyan Financial, Mark Stroll, Steven McDaniel and Rachell Francis were working with data provided to the web site newUSAfunding. I seriously doubt that they where providing grant writing assistance.
