I ordered Mr. Johnson's 'Operation Millionaire' blueprint for successful direct sales marketing with the understanding that I had 30 days to review the material, and if dissatisfied it could be returned for a full refund. I had to call 1-877-337-9212 after contacting customer support online to request a 'Returned Merchandise Authorization' or RMA. My RMA number is: 478315. When given the RMA number I spoke with a representative named 'Sara', who explained to me that my refund would be processed within 30 days of receiving the merchandise back at their Colorado mailing address. I returned the notebook in its original box, securely sealed, and in pristine condition. As of this date (8/1) I have not yet received the refund. I had called on 7/27 to request an update, spoke once again with 'Sara' (who may have an Australian accent), and was told that the package had been damaged therefore I wouldn't be eligible for any refund. I was told that I may be given an exception after she learned from me that I had returned the merchandise with 'guaranteed delivery' from the USPS. I have yet to hear anything further. I had decided to return the book after my credit card was debited the entire amount of $299.75, which was supposed to be taken in 5 monthly installments of approx. $59.95 each. This was my first indication that something wasn't quite right.
