I do not recall the finance guys name. Steve Medina is the manager who refused to take the $1600 off of the sale.

They added $1600, to a car loan for enviorcare and key replacement. He (finance guy) mentioned a fee but never mentioned that is was $1600 to a car loan. (shame on us for not catching it sooner)

We returned the same day but they refused to take the $1600 off of the price. AOW select claims that the bank FAFCO requires it.
