I ordered a Diamond Z ring set from a television infomercial in May. I was ONLY ordering the engagement ring and according to the advertisement I was assured they would add in the wedding ring and the price would only be 20.00. This was my TOTAL order. Imagine my shock when my account was debited 156.68! I am so upset because they also sent a matching necklace, bracelet and earrings. I DID NOT order these and called the company to let them know I was sent these items which I am allergic to and did not want. They told me to send it back with the name and address on a piece of paper. I sent all 3 items back in the original box. They refuse to reimburse my money and now they say they can't prove they got the items back and since I only sent it in a manila envelope to New Jersey I have no reciept from the post office because I couldn't afford the price of postage to send it priority since they debited my account. Their phone number is 1800-777-4034. Please help me get my money back as I only wanted to spend within my budget. I am on disability and need medicine for my emphysema. I haven't been able to afford it since this happened. Jacky
