I ordered this product on July 3. After doing much research and learning the many ill side affects it could have on your body I decided to return the shipment without opening it. After looking thru an email I got about the shipment being send I found the following email ept05052010@gmail.com and wrote them an email asking how I may return this. This is the following address she gave me: Please return the entire order to the following address:

I was totally shocked! She also let me know in her email there would be a 20% shipping & handling fee upon the return of my shipment. I took the package to our local post office and ask if I could send this package back since I hadn't opened it and he said sure so I sent it back "RETURN TO SENDER" as I was not going to pay for shipping twice. The guy at the post office made me a copy of the front of the package and I sent it to Ms Nancy Holmes (the lady in the email) and she said she would credit my account. Two days later I get an email stating your order has been shipped. I sent an email back this morning stating to CANCEL THE SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. I am getting really annoyed by all this but feel totally helpless at the same time. What else is there to do to just get money back?
