I ordered face packs from O Spa London order confirmation Order Number: 190685 on 22 July which has still not arrived. I have since emailed twice and tried to call but just get an engaged tone. I am really fed up with the time I am wasting on this and just want my money back. I use Groupon a lot but this is the first time I have had a problem with a purchase.
