I joined this site for $29.99 and have never been able to use it or log on because my account was never activated by them. I have contacted customer support on several occasions with my problem. They send me a link to reset my password which does nothing because my account has never been activated. I have never been able to access site, have asked customer support (what a SCAM) to activate the account or refund my $29.99 with no response.
