A think something should done with thies company, because they have a lot of complains, this hapen to my husbend and I to, with the credit cards and no only one credi card. This happen with de x box 360, for this reason we buy the game, pre-pay cards, and one of the cards, when my son tried to use the card, they grabbed half of the money
