Hi I bought an item from Argos online. I reserved it online and got the text and email of reservation from Argos. It was written that the item will be held for you untill the store is closed at 28th July. I went to buy it at 27th of July but the person who dealt with me denied to ive me saying this that this item is not in the stock. I was in shock because I received the email of reservation this item for me at the store but not I came without the purchasing. I was giving this item as a gift to my nephew on his birthday. The catalogue no. Was 935/7149 and the reservation no. 205461. It was Marlowes Hemel Hempstead branch UK
