I was told to pay for a title search and I did. I was told that it went thru and I was going to closing at the end of the month. I received a phone call today from 1-302-521-4193, there legal team, stating that I need to pay 2688.16 for document stamp tax in order to receive my money. Toll free line is not working and their website is down. I refused to pay the additional money and when I call to get a breakdown of the fee, since the tax in Florida is. 70 per $100, he is unable to give it to me and then he hung up on me. Feel free to add me to any lawsuit against this company.
