Ordered product from a pop-up on Facebook-which advertised a Free Trial. I did not receive the item and thought nothing more of it, until I received my bank statement and saw debits of £2.49 & £69.95!!! When I question this I was told I had to respond within 14 days of the order date -I NEVER GOT THE ORDER!!!

I have called them on the US number and emailed several times to be told to "read the terms and conditions".
They have offered to re-send the products at 50% discount, but after reading all the reports of this being a scam I do not wish to have any further dealings with the company. THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONIES TAKEN -FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED.

They have not heard the last of this!!!
