Was flighting home from sanford international airport back to manchester with monarch airlines after a wonderful holiday with my wife, we was told at check in that we would be sitting together and was in premier class which i booked as a surprise for my wife at the start of the holiday. When we boarded the plane the flight attendants said no you cant sit together as we only have certain seats and our boarding cards had wrong information on them? My wife was really upset and crying as we did not want to sit apart for 9hrs, after long discussion and heartache we got put into economy class were my wife sat in front of me and i sat behind. We never got premier service the whole flight, the only thing we got was to sit near each other and we never had to pay for drinks, we have always used monarch airlines for vacations and we are both very upset about what happened.
