I ordered an Original Canon cartridge BC-20 and they sent me their useless and empty cartridges.

I had the same experience with that company before.

They have no idea how to deal with complaint, their are rude on the telephone, and keep telling me that it was my fault for ordering their useless cartridges. As if I would for the second time. I have just thrown away four of their cartriges that never printer a line, because when they arrived they were emmpty and did not contain any ink.
