The same crap happened to me. I' never took out a loan with these people! I'm in NYC too so if the address is correct I might physically go down there. They are not open yet, but i intend on calling and attempting to get my money back too. I'm also going to call my AG and fill out a complaint with the NYPD (if they don't laugh me out of the station house). I'm hoping being local helps me get my money back, but these people are all scam artists. Disgusting.
