I booked a surprise 65th birthday flight, for my partner, the gift voucher never arrived in the post, so i emailed a few times and finally got an email back from support team. I then got my voucher via email, (after the birthday which was may 3rd) having placed the order sometime in march ar early april. I booed the flight by phone for 15th july, then as avised on the voucher/boarding pass we checked the flights on the 14th july, on the internet and the flight for wolverhampton was cancelled due to mechanical failure. On checking by phone, the same answer message that evening. The following morning the message said anyone flying at 11am please arrive late!!! The phone call was made at 11 30! Same message all day. I have made numerous phone calls since then and no-one answersd the phone. Thanks, D Rogers..
