I transferred 5k into another STP users account but being first time user neglected to include a reference number and so nothing has happened, my tickets have been ignored. My account was locked for 24 hrs then unlocked and unsure why, as no communication from these guys what so ever. The STP user i sent the money to has raised multiple tickets also and no contact what so ever. Very frustrated and becoming quite angry about the whole thing. Can anyone advise on what to do??
