Company Suspends Accounts Preventing Stop Payments Internet

After having my account erroneously suspended in retaliation for reporting underage users in the "adult" section, I learned that I was the victim of a common scam they had used on others.
You have great difficulty stopping the automatic payments for service when the provider does not cooperate.
I learned that my situation was not unique.
They record IP addresses of suspended users, preventing a stop payment on the account directly from them as the suspened user is locked out from contact.
It is apparently common that they do not respond to customer service complaints, despite being a paid user of the services.
I unfortunately learned way too late that this has happened to others.
The site seemed a nice place to network with other like minded adults, so it was most unfortunate.
I was quite stunned at what happened to me.
In addition, though they suspend a user from entering, they keep the profiles active with all the personal information and pictures for everyone to see.
This is truly disturbing. I've read it's designed to inflate numbers.
The saddest part being it was an enjoyable sight before this sudden shocking occurance. I truly believed in the beginning I could work with them to resolve this.
