I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses on 06/08 and my money was taken asap, but my order still today 07/25 says pending. THere is no phone number for the company to get in contact with (CHEAPSUNGLASSES.com) so I figured I would go through the paying compnay and get a refund. Everytime I have emailed them, they send me a response in Chinese, that I cannot read. Once they did write bad English and said they could not get anyone to return their call from the company I ordered from and so I could get a refund but it would take a very long time, 3-4 months. I have since closed my banking account afraid they will do something else, so I asked for a refund check and they will not do it. I asked for a different pair of glasses to be sent, (something is better than nothing!) also thinking maybe they were out of the ones I wanted. I have tried to be patient and am very frusterated. Scam, scam, scam, do not order anything form CHina is the lesson here.
