The problem started in 2012. I sent 12 emails and keith cook never replied. I sent a fax request in May to get my refund back. Keith Cook of Turnberry group never responded to my fax. They were supposed to provide me with real estate training and Keith Cook sent me an agreement by email. He has not kept his part of the agreement. Nothing has been started yet.
