An email purporting to come from a dear friend in trouble in Spain was asking for 4362.00 GBP to be sent the same day. This was sent via Western Union agent in Catford SE6 UK to an address in Spain.
The friend's email address was taken over by these scammers who sent the same plea to many other friends in the UK. We were the only ones to send this cash as he is a sick man and we were worried about his health.
The W.U. Numbers were 3543396966 (2076.00GBP) and 9658860803 (2286.00 GBP) Western Union are clearly at fault in that false documents were offered when collecting the cash. They must refund this sum to us.
