I was called by a Sales rep for HotelBargains.com.Au, they sold me a package for 10 night "FREE" accommodation when you purchase meals at the hotel during your stay, I was mislead as to where and how the vouchers work. I have called and asked for a refund as I was falsly sold the vouchers, I am being told that I am not entitled for a refund even though I called within the 10 day cooling off period.
